Notes:
Each single design/product can only enter ONE product group, multiple submission will be withdrawn from consideration
For Corporate Group, a company can submit 3 designs/products in each product group, i.e. maximum number of entries is 33 (3 products x 11 product groups)

Eligibility
Account Registration
Participants must create a HKSDA system account to participate in the Awards. Participants need the account to upload entry(ies) information to the system and verify that your entry has been processed into the competition.

This account registration form is valid for the period 24/11/2016 to 12/12/2016. You can directly register an account online after 12/12/2016.

Participants need to upload information of each of their entries. All information are editable on online system before submitting to us and the system will cut off all submission 23:59 28-Feb, 2017.

Send the registered entry, i.e. the original product with the Entry Profile Sheet and Payment Note to HKSDA Secretariat in person, or by post/courier before the date of closing entries.
For Conceptual Group:
Send the Entry Profile Sheet and Payment Note (for Creative Individual Only) to HKSDA Secretariat in person, or by post/courier before the date of closing entries. Entrant may submit at most 2 presentation boards for the each design conceptual in A4/ A3 size.
